Informativa ai sensi dell'art. 13 del D.lgs 196/03
del Codice sulla Privacy

Ai sensi e per gli effetti del D. Lgs 30/06/2003 n.196 Vi informiamo che:

  1. Il trattamento dei Vostri dati personali di cui siamo in possesso o che Vi verranno richiesti o che ci verranno comunicati da terzi sarà svolto in esecuzione di:

    • obblighi previsti dalla legge quali fatturazione, registrazioni, scritture contabili obbligatorie, dichiarazioni fiscali
    • obblighi contrattuali quali rapporti di fornitura, di vendita, mandati professionali nonché le relative modifiche ed integrazioni
    • altre finalità quali reporting interno, controllo di gestione, indagini e ricerche di mercato

  2. Il trattamento dei dati personali potrà essere effettuato mediante qualsiasi modalità idonea, sia con l'ausilio dei mezzi elettronici o comunque automatizzati, sia senza tali mezzi secondo le modalità aziendali in atto e quelle che saranno mano a mano introdotte per l'evoluzione delle procedure organizzative e degli strumenti operativi.

    I dati personali fornitici saranno comunque come prescritto dall'art. 11 del codice:

    • trattati in modo lecito e secondo correttezza
    • raccolti e registrati per gli scopi sopra illustrati ed utilizzati in altre operazioni del trattamento in termini compatibili con tali scopi
    • sottoposti ad aggiornamento ogni volta che sarà necessario o richiesto dall'interessato
    • pertinenti, completi e non eccedenti rispetto alle finalità di raccolta e di trattamento
    • conservati in una forma che consente l'identificazione dell'interessato per un periodo non superiore a quello necessario agli scopi della raccolta e del trattamento

  3. I dati personali fornitici potranno essere comunicati:

    • ai nostri consulenti
    • ai nostri fornitori
    • ai soggetti che possono accedere ai Vostri dati in forza delle disposizioni di legge
    • alle banche, agli istituti di credito incaricati di eseguire o ricevere pagamenti connessi a rapporti contrattuali, commerciali
    • a società di assicurazione crediti

  4. Il conferimento di dati personali (in via esemplificativa dei Vs. dati identificativi, del Codice Fiscale e della Partita IVA) è obbligatorio in base a normative vigenti in materia fiscale

  5. L'interessato può ai sensi dell'art. 7 del Codice, secondo le modalità e nei termini previsti dalla normativa vigente, richiedere la conferma dell'esistenza dei dati personali che lo riguardano, avere informazioni circa l'origine dei dati personali e la finalità e modalità del trattamento degli stessi ed esercitare tutti i diritti che gli sono riconosciuti dalle vigenti disposizioni di legge

on the legislative decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003

In conformity with and because of the legislative decree 30/06/2003 no. 196, we inform you that:

  1. Your personal data handling, which we already have or will be asked for or will be conveyed to us by others, will be done as enforcement of:

    • duties which are dictated by the law, such as invoicing, recordings, book-keeping entries, tax declarations
    • contractual duties such as supplying and sale relationships, professional orders and relevant alterations and integrations
    • other aims such as inside reporting, management control, market research

  2. The personal data handling will be managed with all suitable methods, e-mail and not, in conformity with the business modes in progress and the ones which will be gradually introduced because of the development of the organizational procedures and of the operating instruments.

    Your personal data will be, as article 11 of the code prescribes:

    • handled in a lawful and correct way
    • collected and registered for the above mentioned aims and used in further operations of the handling in terms consistent with those aims
    • updated every time this will be necessary or in case you request it
    • relevant, complete and not exceeding the aims of data collection and handling
    • preserved in a condition which will permit your identification for a period not exceeding the necessary one to the aims of the collection and handling

  3. Your personal data can be transmitted to:

    • our advisors
    • our suppliers
    • to the ones who can accede to your data as provided by the Law
    • to the banks and credit institutes in charge of making or receiving payments connected with contractual and commercial relationships
    • to credit insurance companies

  4. The provision of your personal data (i.e. your identification data, taxpayer's code number, VAT number) is compulsory on the basis of tax provisions in force

  5. In conformity with article 7 of the Code, you can ask confirmation of the existence of your personal data, ask information about the origin of them and about the aims and modes of the handling of them and excercise your rights according to the Law in force
