19th and 20th Century Painting
From May 19 to 27, Cernobbio (Como) will be theatre of a big exhibition dedicated to Italian painting between XIX and XX Century. An event that has been planned by a group of about twenty among the most important Italian art galleries with the aim of reviving a tradition of some years ago: exhibitions dedicated to Italian painting of the XIX Century at Villa Olmo (Como). The exhibition will take place at Villa Erba in Cernobbio, which park is full of ancient trees and which rooms carry the fragrance of memories of Visconti’s movies.
